Having your boat packed into a container can save you large amounts on your shipping costs, and is often the least expensive method to ship boats over other shipping methods such as Roll on / Roll off and Flat Rack. You can purchase spare parts or accessories which we’ll load in the container along with your boats and if you purchase the items from us, not only willl you get a discount on the items but we’ll also load them in the container for free!

We offer a shared container service from our Charleston facility which means even larger savings to you. This service is offered to well traveled destinations such as Europe and Australia. Please inquire about this service if you are only shipping one boat and don’t mind consolidating to save money.
Detailed photos are taken when your boat arrives at our facility, during the prep work, and of the loading into the container. All these are provided to you so you see exactly how your boat was handled and in addition to that, we provided instructions on how to safely remove your boat from the container and assemble it. No one else in the industry does this and when you see the difference in our packing compared to our competitors, there is no comparison!

Oceans offer two different types of jet ski and motorcycle packing and is ideal whether you’re shipping one or twenty!
If you export multiple jet skis or bikes at a time then utilizing our container service, we can safely load 12-16 jet skis or 20-25 motorcycles (depending on the sizes) in a single container using our unique bracing system.
If you are shipping only one jet ski or motorcycle, then we have two cost effective options for you. The first option is we can ship your jet ski or bike with our RO/RO service. Ro/Ro offers a quick safe alternative but the cost can be on the high side.
The other option is our LCL service. We will containerize your jet ski or motorcycle with other cargo going to the same destination. The LCL cost a fraction of the RO/RO service but is only offered to certain destinations and there could be some additional wait time as we consolidate shipments.
All jet skis and motorcycles are photographed on arrival to our facility and photographed during the loading process. The photos are then provided to you with any other relevant details so you are always informed of where your motorcyle is in the shipping process.

Container shipping is typically the most economic way to ship Heavy Equipment but it’s important to use an experienced packer such as Oceans International.
We provide detailed photos of the dismantling and loading as well as unpacking and reassembly instructions to assist you once you receive the cargo. We take extra time to make sure everything is labeled and organized. Our service doesn’t end with the packing because we know how important customer service is and we take pride in saying that most of our business is repeat customer or word of mouth.

We offer LCL (Less the container Load) services to our high traffic destinations such as Australia and Northern Europe. LCL is also referred to “shared container” which means instead of you having to pay for the entire container, you only pay for the portion your cargo occupies. This as I’m sure you can imagine offers huge cost savings.
If you are only shipping one small boat, vehicle, or trailer or just a few boxes / pallets of some spare parts / accessories then we can combine your cargo with other cargo we have going to the same destination. Our agent at the destination country would unload all the goods once the container arrives and distribute them to the proper owners. It’s as simple as that.
We will also provide professional crating services to insure that your items are safely secured and well protected during transport.
FCL PACKING
FCL (Full Container Load) is the most utilized service we offer which means the all the goods in the container are yours. Many of our clients ship multiple boats or vehicles so they want their own dedicated container. We inform them of how much empty space they have in the container and they prefer to purchase additional accessories or parts to fill the rests of the space and if these items are purchased from our E-commerce site then we’ll pack the additional items for free.
